Decos Application Administrator Course

Decos Audiology offers various courses in the field of audiometry. In addition to a basic Audiometry course and a users course, Decos also offers a specific course for Application Administrators. This course is intended for administrators who work with Decos equipment and who wish to expand their possibilities.

A requirement for this course is that you have insight into the audiometric conventions and the department policy, as the course deals with the central configuration that applies to all systems at your location. The course also examines the many configuration possibilities of the modules and provides a useful checklist for regular maintenance, such as changing user rights and reorganizing files. In addition, instructions are provided on how to log failures and we will show you the possibility to allow Decos to view your systems remotely for an even more adequate support.
