Our central Service Desk in the Netherlands can be reached by telephone from 4:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Before 8:30 AM, you will be connected directly to our Technical Engineers in India. If you have an urgent problem, they will be able to help you immediately to solve your problem as quickly as possible.
Teamviewer
Decos Audiology also provides remote support with Teamviewer. When you have a problem, we can log in to your system with this program as soon as you have given permission for this. In this manner, we can find your problem directly and quickly and work on solving the problem as fast as possible.
When you have a problem, you can contact our Service Desk by telephone. As we have access to your system directly through Teamviewer, we are able to analyze the problem directly. The connection that is established between your system and our computer through Teamviewer is very secure. Every time you ask us to log into your system, you give your permission again for this. You open Teamviewer and receive a security code in order to establish the connection. As soon as you have informed us by telephone of the code, we can use the code to log in to your system. Every time that you require Decos' remote support, you log in again in Teamviewer and each time we receive a different login code. In this manner, the security of the connection is ensured.
