Software updates

Decos Audiology is constantly working on the improvement of its product. Software updates are released regularly, in which improvements are implemented and completely new features are added. Not only are existing modules improved, the administration and calibration tools are also modified if desired. In this manner, Decos aims for higher efficiency, more convenience for the user and the efficient maintenance of your system.

Our updates are developed in close cooperation with our customers. We would like to hear what your wishes are with regard to our audiometer, whether this concerns specific modules, certain interfaces or a completely new test. In our sounding-board meetings, we assess how widespread these wishes are among all of our users and what the exact specifications are of the desired developments. Our engineers can then start working on implementing the desired improvements.

If you have a software service level agreement, the updates are provided to you free of charge. In this manner, you will always remain up-to-date with the latest developments and improvements!
