Decos devotes significant attention to its clients. The specific desires of our users are Decos’ primary source for the development of new system functionalities.

Although Decos Audiology offers a wide range of modules and interfaces, you may have a need that our product does not yet satisfy. In this case, our engineers are ready to satisfy your personal needs. We can add personalized interfaces to the system, as well as customized measurement modules. Do you have any specific needs? Decos is always open to feedback and suggestions. We use sounding board meetings to discuss the desired developments for Decos Audiology with our users, from the perspective of the newest insights in the field of audiometry.

We also stimulate our clients to exchange views and experience, e.g. know-how in using certain Decos modules for specific tests. Every client with a software SLA is automatically included in the users group.  

Database conversions

All measurements performed with Decos Audiology are saved in the Decos database. If you want to consult the results of earlier tests, performed before you started using Decos Audiology, your database can be converted in Decos. Thus you will always have access to your patient’s entire history, and only one database is needed to view all results.
