Phoneme VCV-Test

With the VCV-module you are able to test the observance of vowels and consonants under different conditions. The Phoneme Test has been established in close cooperation with PACT, the Platform for Audiology and Clinical Testing.

In order to measure the observance of vowels and consonants under different conditions, non-existing words are played, while several background noises are played at the same time.

The following modes are available for testing:

• Medial consonant test (vCv)
• Initial consonant test (Cv)
• Medial vowel test (cVc)

The measurement results are displayed in a clarifying matrix. In this way, the results are easy to compare with the tone audiogram.
