Document Module

The Document module can be used to conduct and fill in a pre-defined anamnesis. After you have filled in the questionnaire, the form is saved in Decos Audiology together with the measurement data of the patient. You can add as many forms as required.

The forms are easy to fill in. After you have entered your name and the date of the anamnesis, you can immediately start the questionnaire. As soon as all questions have been answered and you have accepted the anamnesis, the results are saved directly in Decos Audiology.
