The Decos Audiology software is installed on a PC. To perform measurements, you need not only a computer but also various other hardware components, including an operating panel, headsets, speakers and screens. Decos supplies all hardware necessary for performing tests.

The audioNigma is the link between the Decos Audiology software and the patient. This is the instrument to which all headsets, bone conductors, sound field speakers and the patient response buttons are connected. The audioNigma is available in both a clinical and a diagnostic version.

The Decos Audiology Controller is an ergonomical operating panel, specially-designed for conducting audiograms with Decos Audiology easily. The stimuli and masking, for example, can be presented via the touch buttons on the front of the display, and the frequency and volume can be easily adjusted with knobs. The Controller is also equipped with a microphone that can be used to speak directly to the patient.

The other hardware needed to perform your tests is also provided by Decos. Decos Audiology is preferably supplied with our own silent PCs. You can also order your monitors, speakers and microphones from Decos, and a Directional Hearing setup can be supplied with the Directional Hearing module if desired.
