Decos would like to introduce our new Business Unit Manager Michiel Jongsma. Starting 1st of August, he will follow up Marco de Wit as manager of the Decos Audiology team. Michiel has over 10 years of experience in IT, working as SAP consultant and as Sales and Marketing Manager. His extensive technological background and personal interest in the medical field have drawn him to Decos.

In the United Kingdom, Decos once again experienced how unique the Decos technology is. On May 7th, Decos Audiology presented its solution for pediatric audiometry at the congress of the British Society of Audiology, to the Pediatric Audiology Interest Group.

The Authorization Module gives you full control of the release of measurements for viewing and reporting. You determine personally who authorizes the measurements and who is permitted to view the results. You can also easily add remarks and authorization status to as well as indicate the reliability of the measurements.

AudiologyNOW! is the best-known and most important event in audiology world wide, with over 6.000 delegates, all professionals in audiology. AAA edition 2009 took place in Dallas, Texas, in the first week of april. Decos Audiology made a very succesful presentation at the exhibition.

From 8th to 11th March, the annual AAS conference took place in Phoenix. At this event, Dr. De Laat, Audiologist at the Leiden University Medical Centre in the Netherlands, presented the latest tests of Decos Audiology to the American audiologists. Espcially the VCV-test and the module for Automated Directional Hearing received a great amount of excited responses.
